**** NOTE **** If you are signing up please enter either your HCM ID or your SPS ID. There is no need to enter both numbers!

Please do not enter anything into the Associate ID field other than numbers (IE: do not enter SPS 1234567 - just enter "1234567")

There are two classifcations for membership type:
MEMBER A standard member that is part of the team
FACILITATOR A liaison that will act on behalf of the team when contacting other resources for permission, questions, etc.
